For the first time ever, Fête de la Musique is coming to Vancouver! On June 21st, from 5-10pm, over 150 local musicians from all genres and levels of ability will be performing all over the streets of Gastown for free! After 10pm the music will continue in bars and clubs around the neighbourhood which will also be open free of charge!
For more information, go to http://makemusicvancouver.com/ where you can find a map of venues to check out after 10pm, apply to volunteer for the event or even sign up to perform if you are a musician!
So make sure you mark your calendars and make some time to enjoy this free celebration of live MUSIC in Vancouver! :)
